This month’s Level Up session will focus on the importance of building your back office – HR, IT, Marketing, Legal and Accounting Services. A report from a 2019 Cleveland State University study indicated that 91% of Black-owned businesses are one-person shops. As a result, business owners must wear many hats and work in several roles. Business owners are in need of assistance in order to grow their businesses.
